The 2nd Chance Act Introduced in the 110th Congress
In March 2007, the House Judiciary Committee passed out the Second Chance Act and in the Senate it was reintroduced by Senators Biden, Specter, Brownback & Leahy.

In March 2007 the House Judiciary Committee passed out the Second Chance Act and in the Senate, The Reducing Recidivism and Second Chance Act of 2007 S. 1060, was introduced by Senators Biden, Specter, Brownback & Leahy.
